Sentinels (Financial Risk & Compliance Software Solution)

The financial ecosystem has been facing substantial changes. Financial institutions are struggling to meet the requirements of regulators, and current anti-money laundering solutions are falling short of their needs. At the root of financial crime are felonies involving drugs, human trafficking and terrorism.

But there’s hope! Artificial intelligence and machine learning offer the promise to help effectively detect criminals. The Sentinels team is building a cutting-edge transaction monitoring product to help financial institutions meet pressing regulatory requirements, improve compliance workflow, maximise their customer experience, and balance the fight against financial crime.

Technical Implementation Manager | Customer Success Team

As Technical Implementation Manager you provide support by guiding our customers through the onboarding and technical implementation steps needed for swift onboarding to our AML software tool.

Stakeholder management comes naturally to you, as you work confidently with our customers' project teams. You will fill a unique space in the overall service lifecycle and customer journey of Sentinels and ensure continuous improvements of this process in close collaboration with the Customer Success manager. You take ownership in guiding all stakeholders through a swift implementation and onboarding process.

Project Management & Technical Onboarding

  • You will manage several onboarding projects simultaneously and keep track and report on progress.
  • You are responsible for the full onboarding process from the moment the customer contract is signed. You will set up a detailed implementation plan and carefully follow up on each technical step in the process together with the customer and have regular check-in meetings with them.
  • Our customers need to integrate with our software and you will assist them in data & payment flow mapping, setting up the data-feed and if needed, liaise with our tech team to problem-solve.
  • In general, you will take the lead on all technical steps in the integration: from data analysis to configuration of Business Rules/Models, roles, workflows and always working closely with the customer.
  • Continuous improvement and monitoring of the quality of the processes in general are key in this function. We are a fast-growing team with lots of room for improvement and efficiency gains. You can be a catalyst in this trajectory
